This Cookie Policy explains how DonePages (“we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on donepages.com and in the DonePages application. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between page loads — for example, that you’re signed in. “Similar technologies” such as your browser’s local storage work in a comparable way.

We use cookies and local storage strictly to operate the Service — keeping you signed in, remembering your active workspace, and storing a few interface preferences. We do not use cookies for advertising, ad targeting, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell data collected through them.

• Authentication — set by our authentication provider (Supabase) to keep you securely signed in to your account. Essential; expires at the end of your session or when your sign-in expires.
• Workspace preference (pp_workspace) — remembers which workspace you last had open so you don’t have to re-select it. Essential to the dashboard; lasts up to 30 days.

We use a small amount of browser local storage to remember interface preferences — for example, that you’ve seen the product tour or dismissed the getting-started checklist. This information stays in your browser and is not sent to advertisers.

When you start a checkout or open the billing portal, our payment processor (Stripe) may set its own cookies on its pages to process payments securely and prevent fraud. These are governed by Stripe’s own privacy and cookie policies. We do not embed third-party advertising or social-media tracking cookies in the Service.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and clear local storage the same way. Because the cookies we use are essential, blocking them will prevent you from signing in and using the dashboard. Public proof pages remain viewable without signing in.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
