What partners usually want to know.
Do I need to be a DonePages customer?+
No. You can create a secure partner account and apply without starting a contractor workspace or subscription.
How does attribution work?+
Approved affiliates receive a unique link. A valid new visitor can be attributed through a 60-day first-touch window, subject to cookies, device continuity, and the full program terms.
How much can I earn?+
Eligible commission is 25% of collected subscription revenue. Monthly customers can generate commission for no more than their first 12 months. Annual plans generate commission on the first annual payment only.
When do commissions become payable?+
Each eligible commission remains pending for 30 days. Available balances of at least $50 can then be included in the next monthly payout run after Stripe payout onboarding is complete.
What happens when a customer cancels or gets a refund?+
No future commission accrues after cancellation. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, credits, failed payments, and fraud can reverse the related commission.
Can I refer myself or another account I control?+
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, coordinated refund abuse, and attempts to manipulate attribution are ineligible.
